Welcome to Marasya, your smart platform for property bookings. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website or completing any booking. By using our platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• Marasya: Refers to the website and its affiliated services that provide property booking solutions.
• User / Client: Any individual browsing the website or making a booking.
• Service Provider / Property Owner: The individual or entity listing properties for booking on Marasya.

2. Platform Usage Terms

• Users must be adults (18 years or older) to make a booking.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process.
• The platform must not be used for illegal activities or actions that violate public morals.
• Marasya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

3. Booking and Payment Process

• Upon confirming a booking, the client pays 20% of the total amount via the platform.
• The remaining 80% is paid directly to the property owner or their representative upon arrival.
• The 20% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances (see Cancellation Policy).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy outlined on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
• Users are not entitled to a refund of the 20% advance payment for any reason.
• In the case of a no-show, the booking is automatically considered canceled, and the same conditions apply.

5. Legal Responsibility

• Marasya is not a direct party to the rental contract between the user and the property owner. It acts solely as an online intermediary.
• Marasya is not liable for any property-related issues or disputes between the user and owner but will provide support if a documented complaint is submitted within the first 12 hours of arrival.

6. Content and Information

• Users acknowledge that all images, descriptions, and property details are provided by property owners.
• Marasya makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of content but does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All website content, including designs, logos, texts, and code, is the exclusive property of Marasya and protected by copyright laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Marasya is committed to protecting user privacy as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
• By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of your data according to that policy.

9. Amendments to the Terms
