Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

At Marasya, we are committed to transparency with our clients regarding booking, payment, and cancellation policies. Please read this policy carefully before completing any reservation through our platform.

1. Payment Terms

When confirming a booking via Marasya:

  • 20% of the total booking amount must be paid in advance via our secure online payment gateway to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining 80% is to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • The 20% advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • This advance payment serves as a non-refundable reservation confirmation fee, covering administrative costs and ensuring commitment from both the guest and the property provider.
  • There is no distinction between cancellations made days or hours before check-in.
  • In case of no-show, the 20% advance payment remains non-refundable.

3. Booking Modifications

Booking dates or details may be modified at least 48 hours prior to check-in, subject to:

  • Property availability
  • Approval by the property owner

Please note: Marasya cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible. If a modification is not approved, the original booking remains valid, and the cancellation policy still applies.

4. Upon Arrival at the Property

  • The remaining 80% of the total booking amount must be paid directly to the property owner or their representative at check-in.
  • Marasya is not involved in this payment transaction or in disputes arising after arrival, except in emergencies or official complaints submitted within the first 12 hours of check-in.

5. Issues After Arrival

If you experience any of the following issues within the first 12 hours of arrival:

  • The property does not match its description
  • You cannot access the property
  • Major maintenance or cleanliness problems

Please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the property owner to resolve the issue or provide an alternative, subject to availability.

7. User Agreement

By completing a booking on the Marasya platform, you explicitly agree to the following:

  • Pay 20% upfront to confirm your reservation
  • Understand that this advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Pay the remaining 80% directly upon arrival
  • Comply with all terms outlined in this policy
